Who we are
Holdfast was established in 2008 and has grown from a kitchen-table business into one of Tasmania’s most trusted building surveying firms. We enjoy productive relationships with architects and designers, engineers, builders and subcontractors, as well as local councils and regulatory agencies across the state.
We are fully licensed and able to work on any type of construction, and each have over two decades of experience in private consulting and public regulation around Australia. Their knowledge of legislation and attention to detail is without peer.
Our inspectors are licensed builders. With well over 30 years of experience in the building industry, their hands-on experience and knowledge of construction practice is meticulous.
